Devin Funchess (hamstring) placed on season-ending IR, per Adam Schefter

Green Bay Packers WR Devin Funchess (hamstring) has been placed on season-ending Injured Reserve (IR), per Adam Schefter. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Funchess opted out of the 2020 season and was set to contribute in a loaded Packers offense with Aaron Rodgers' return until he injured his hamstring during the team's joint practice with the New York Jets last week. With Funchess on IR, this gives the Packers several directions to finish constructing their 2021 roster with the final round of cuts set to occur after this weekend. Rookie wideout Amari Rodgers could see increased targets and compete with Randall Cobb as Green Bay's WR4. Amari Rodgers is not worth drafting but could be a good waiver wire pick-up if he establishes a credible role within the Packers' offense.
