At Elite Fantasy Football League (EFFL), we respect your right to privacy. All information obtained, will be held strictly confidential and will not be sold or published to outside parties and will only be used to contact members regarding matters pertaining to EFFL and it’s software.
EFFL may request and collect information on a voluntary basis for the following reasons:
1. Mailing lists
2. Promotional Contests
3. Website feedback
4. Customer service questions
The information that you submit may be used to notify you about contests, promotions and special offers. In addition, information collected may be used for marketing and demographic purposes, so as to improve products and customer service.
When you submit an e-mail address to “invite a friend”, the information is not stored in our database. The information is used only once and only for the purpose of telling your friend(s) about EFFL. It will not be sold or published to outside parties.
In order to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect on EFFL.
If you wish to opt-out of any e-mails sent from EFFL, e-mail us at info@elitefantasyfootballleague.com . However, we do not recommend this if you are currently participating in any leagues at EFFL.
