Lions quarterback Jared Goff (oblique) is in line to return and start for the Lions against the Chicago Bears Thursday barring any pregame setbacks (Source: Ian Rapaport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Goff has been extremely disappointing this season for the rebuilding Lions. Goff is averaging just 6.3 yards per pass attempt along with just eight touchdowns and six interceptions in nine games this season. There is no reason to trust Goff at all going forward, especially with teams adjusting their game plans to eliminate the only downfield weapon he has in tight end TJ Hockenson. Avoid Goff at all costs. |
