In an interview with NFL Network’s James Palmer, Williams talked about the heavy workload he’s shouldered early in camp. Williams said he was “ready to go” when questioned about his Week 1 status, which isn’t surprising when you consider the way he’s been trending this offseason. At this point, we’d be surprised if Williams wasn’t active for Week 1’s matchup against the Raiders, although the team could still look to limit his workload early on. |
