Hunt worked out for the Saints Monday and reportedly made enough of an impression to stick with the team. Per Russini, the only hurdle left to clear is a physical before the signing is announced. Hunt would give the Saints another capable body in the backfield alongside newcomers Jamaal Williams and rookie Kendre Miller for the duration of Alvin Kamara’s three-game suspension. New Orleans is also expected to sign LB Anthony Barr, who worked out for the team Monday in conjunction with Hunt. |
